You’re More Likely To Die In A Car Crash

Most Airlines and other people that want you to fly will quote this statistic at you: “You’re more likely to die in a car crash than from an airplane crash.” Such people are, of course, perfectly correct.
After all, the average smart individual rides a) in a car on average about once to twice a day, and b) never in a plane. So unless the airplane dive-bombed out of the sky and ran straight into them, they have nothing to fear. And neither do you, as long as you stay as smart as them. As one wise man once said: “Statistics are everyone’s friend”.

P.S. – Don’t worry, flying really isn’t that bad. After all, I’ve been in the air six times and I’m still in one piece! Hey, what’s that large smoking ball of fire falling out of the sky? It looks like its headed straight
