Hidden Post: Salzburer Land

Congratulations, you have found one of my hidden posts!  As your reward, you here get to learn about a very important place: Salzburg.
Salzburg is a world with many meanings.  If you have seen the Sound of Music, you may know of Salzburg the city in the the Alps of Austria.  Known as "The Stage of the World", Salzburg has a rich history.  However, that is not the Salzburg I wish to talk about.
I want to tell you about a different Salzburg, one just as special: The Salzburger Café and Steak House.  It's a restaurant in Moshi started, run, and owned, by my Uncle Tereveli.  Originally located a room twenty feet wide by forty long, it has grown into one of the main attractions of Moshi.  The Salzburger Café manages to combine the fame of Salzburg with the elegance of Tanzania.
What is the Salzburger's secret to success?  Audacity for one thing.  "A Salzburger Café in Tanzania?!  This I have to see!" is most tourists first reaction.  The dishes are both familiar and refreshingly different, classic European dishes with a Tanzanian Twist.  Service is another.  The Salzburger Café has a first rate staff, headed by a world renown master chief, Uncle Tereveli himself.
The Salzburger Café is also the local headquarters in Tanzania for the Volkswagon Club.  In October, 2008 Volkswagon went on a "Cape to Cape" road trip.  Fifty VWs traveling on the Great North Road Way from Cairo to Capetown.  And guess where they stopped in Tanzania.  You guessed it, Salzburger Café in Moshi.  The Salzburger Café has catered for various important individuals as well.  The Queen of Denmark dined at Salzburger in 2008, and was so impressed, she asked for the recipes.  The President of Tanzania has dined three times at Salzburger.  And the Swedish Ambassador called on the Salzburger when hosting a cocktail party.
Good food and great ambiance, the Salzburger Café has it all.  If you're near Moshi, be sure to check it out!
